Black Hole Bookkeeping is a sole-operator bookkeeping practice (Adam Witherspoon, Alabama). This page covers the public website. Client books sit in your QuickBooks Online file under access you control.

Website inquiries

The snapshot form asks for name, email, trade, and a short description of where the books stand. That message is emailed to adam@blackholebookkeeping.com so we can reply. We do not sell it, put it on a list, or use it for ads.

The form may be delivered by our Hostinger server (send.php) or, if that fails, a form relay (FormSubmit) that forwards the same fields to the same inbox. Do not put bank passwords, Social Security numbers, or full account numbers in the snapshot.

If you become a client

We work in your QBO file as an accountant user. You keep owner access. Bank feeds and documents stay in that system and in whatever share method we agree on. We are not a CPA firm and we do not file your taxes unless a separate written agreement says so.

Logs and hosting

Hostinger may log standard server data (IP, browser, pages). We do not run extra tracking pixels or ads on this site.
